The 3D settings in the options menu are specifically for the Vuzix VR 920 system. The ED-Wired hardware is very different. The way they're designed to work doesn't rely on any game settings for stereo vision since they claim to support all stereo vision in all 3D games, even though most 3D games don't have any built-in support for stereo vision. Their device tells the video card to offset the camera to the left or the right before rendering the scene, renders it on your regular monitor while blocking out the view from one eye, then does the same for the other.

Based on the way they're designed to work I'd suggest you don't try to turn on stereo vision in the options, but make sure you pick options that allow your computer to run the game at a very high frame rate. Make sure you have the E-D drivers installed and that you're using a video card that supports it.
