Bug on the McKenzie

Postby dcarp » Thu Nov 15, 2007 5:21 pm

Hello folks,

Is anyone else having the same issue with the McKenzie?

When attempting to fish it in "Challenge Mode" the game locks up.

I think Cutch did that on purpose to KEEP ME AWAY FROM HIS HONEY HOLES!

I've fished all the sites in "Go Fishing" mode without any issues. I've downloaded and reinstalled twice and still get the same result.

It's a great new outing Cutch, hopefully it's just an issue on my end.

I had the same problem. :?

Paul told me to correct the outing.def file: there must be a blank line after the last "CHALLENGE SITE FOLDER" (or "SITE FOLDER") line.

See the example in my outing.def file.

It worked for me. If the Cutch's outing is encrypted... :(

@Cutch - have a loook if the problem could be that and try to modify the file. I think could be the solution. :?:

Hey all,

Looks like it was just an issue on my end. It's working just fine now. Sorry for the confusion.

I opened my Outing.def file and found nothing wrong,...no spaces as suggested?
Before I uploaded the Outing for you folks to download, I played the Challenge 3 or 4 times without any problems.

If anyone needs my Decrypted outing.def file,..click the link below:
McKenzie Decrypted outing.def file

Try this in place of the existing outiing.def file (It's Encrypted) Please let me know if this fixed the Challenge problem.
