Try again, maybe using an alternate link. If your connection is unstable it's possible for the file to be corrupted or for the download to stop before it's complete.

Trying to register and it says the activation code you're using is incorrect?
|

Make sure it's the activation code, not the serial number that you're entering. Click "Register on-line", enter your e-mail address and your serial number and the system will e-mail you your activation code.

Make sure you're using the activation code you got when you registered using the same computer. The activation code is different for different computers.

Can't register because the computer you're installing on isn't connected to the Internet?
|

When the program tells you that you need to register, it will display your
"installation number". Write that number down and using a computer that's
on-line, visit http:/www.pishtech.com/register_rwffte.php.
Enter the installation number, your serial number and e-mail address and the registration system will send you the activation code for your off-line computer.

Didn't get the activation code?

Check your junk-mail folder. Your e-mail software may have mistaken the activation message for spam. If you don't find it there, it may have been filtered out at your Internet Service Provider. Send us an e-mail and we'll look up your activation code.

The game is really slow on Windows Vista and the right edge of the screen keeps flickering?

Turn off the Windows Sidebar before starting the game. The Sidebar is trying to pop up over the game.

The game works fine for a while and then quits?
|

Usually the game runs fine while other programs are running, but on some systems people find that other programs can interfere with it. Turn off other programs that are running at the same time. People have reported conflicts with Google Desktop, instant messengers, screen savers, etc.

Try reinstalling the game. Some files may have become corrupted or deleted.
|

Check for general system stability. We've seen a laptops that would run great for a while but then programs would begin to fail. In those cases the problem was the computer overheating due to insufficient air flow under the computer.

Running slowly on an older computer?
|

Start with the 1024x768 resolution, and try lower resolutions if you encounter poor performance.
If you do plan to play the game in windowed mode (with full-screen off) set your system to 16 bit color before starting the game.

The joystick or force feedback feature isn't working?
|
| |
Make sure you have the latest drivers for your joystick. You'll only feel the force feedback when there's tension on the line, and the amount of force is determined by the relative tension. That is, you won't feel a lot of feedback until you hook a
fish strong enough to put some strain on your leader.
