New tutorial for those who want to create new species

Hi guys,

I had a lot of questions from some of ouy guys about fish creation, so I decided to create a step-by-step tutorial on how to create new species for you.

The tutorial that goes with the fish creation kit is not very clear on how to get it done, I hope my tutotial will enlighten all for those who want to give it a shot.
