My first outing: River Em

Postby Pitti » Sun Nov 11, 2007 10:38 am

Hello :)

My first outing is ready for download.

I have build a trip to my beloved Swedish River Eman. There I caught 1990 my first seatrout. Unforgotten :) And I saw the guy beside me, who caught the worldrecord at that ime for seatrout on fly 14,3kg. :D

Because I have no 3 photos per site for animations, I used Nature Illusion Studio to make the animations. Not photorealistic, but better than nothing, I think. Also the quality of the pictures are not the best. I had to resize it. Please forgive me.

The Eman is famous for the special Em-seatrout-species. Big and strong.

I hope the outing runs without problems and you enjoy the fights.

Download River Em

Peter: It's an absolutely gorgeous river. Now I know why you travel so far to fish the River Em. I bet while you are there you fish it all day long. I used the Em Durham fly (why not) and caught 35" Salmon, 33" steelhead and 17" Brown Trout. Thanks for sharing your favorite river with all of us.

Hi Peter!
Beautiful river! You did a nice job! Thank you for sharing it with us!
Fly fishing is not a matter of life and death--it's more important than that!

Peter,
I had fun landing the monster Wild Carp in your UnNamed Lake, but I had a problem each time I tried to land a pike. Just as I landed him, the screen froze and this message popped up"

Image

I was very funny, because just before I landed the Pike, (I'm guessing that's what it was), I could see my "CUSTOM HANDBOX" fighting on the end of my leader

I hooked 3 of the Pike, and this happened all 3 times.

Peter,

I had a similar problem on the Unnamed Lake. As the fish was landed, the game would lock up.

Hello folks,

I think I may have figured out the issue with the unnamed lake. I can land carp just fine, but I think the fish that locks up my machine is the pike. I cannot find a "pike" folder in the "fish" directory on my machine.

I too found the swimming "fly box" when I went into cheater mode. I think the program grabbed a random image from the game folders in place of the pike.
