Postby badger040 » Sun May 04, 2014 5:31 pm

hi all
can someone help me
my laptop has crashed, :x :x :x :x too techy for me   so i will have to get it looked at and i will not be able to use it,as i do,for playing RWFF
i went to Pishtech website and installed the game onto my desktop, running Windows 8.1,and have been copying all RWFF related files.....
whislt on the website i noticed downloads for updates and add ons
when i tried playing RWFF i noticed that although everything else seems to have copied ok it was running v131???????
i went back to website and downloaded latest updates from there and am now running v142 B140213
the game seems to be playing ok on early testing
just need someone to confirm this is ok for the tournament
regards

Hi Badger:

Glad you got your laptop going again. Don't you just love Windows 8? LOL

V.142 is OK but I am not sure that it is a stable version release. After playing around with it for a while I dropped back to V.140 on my own setup. The update version does not affect what you do in the tournament as long as your rod length, rod weight and leader size is legal. I hope this answers your question.

Have fun and I am looking for a higher score from you and everyone!

Regards,

Stanley
