Martin Wanted A Dogtooth Tuna....Yup!

Postby Yellowstone7 » Thu Sep 04, 2014 5:46 pm

Hi Martin and Everyone:

Martin wrote me and asked for a Dogtooth Tuna. This is an immensely powerful fish found in the Indo-Pacific waters. It also grows to a very large size and is sought after by both sport and commercial fishermen in the Indo-Pacific region.

Well, Martin Buddy, you asked for it and here it is. The Dogtooth Tuna for your future outings. As a perfect profile picture was hard to find I had to do quite a bit of modifying to a caught picture to get these results. I hope you like the final product.

PS. There has been a sad and unexpected death in my family so I probably won't be contributing to RWFF for a while. It will be up to you guys to keep the Forum going. I will try to finish up the Dogtooth Tuna for Martin so he can go on building his great outings.

Hi Badger and Everyone:

I heard the sad news tonight and decided to do a new fish for Martin. I somehow managed to build this fish in record time. From searching for the right profile picture on the internet, modifying the picture for RWFF fish profile, building the fish, searching for the caught pictures, testing it and encrypting it. All done in just a little over 3 hours! That is some kind of a record even for myself in fish building. Somehow I managed to turn my sadness into strength.

In nature the Dogtooth Tuna can grow to a whopping 98 inches and may weight as much as 290 lbs. You guys will break a few rods and lose a couple of flies catching this one.

Best Regards,

Stanley
