Quest for Steel and Chrome Results

Postby dcarp » Mon Oct 22, 2007 4:51 pm

Hello Everyone!

Well, the controversial contest is over! Here are the results:

Gold: Taupo Tiger
Silver: Oppimax
Bronze: Carolmo

Great job to all 11 participants. I especially want to thank those of you who struggled in the beginning and were about to give up. You stayed with it and completed the contest. I hope you enjoyed yourself and learned more about the game.

Taupo - be sure to get in contact with Bobcat John regarding your hardware prize - Steelhead Flies and Hand Tied Leaders.

The Clubhouse has been updated with all of the contest information. Please visit and enjoy.

BTW- I have declared Peter the Winner of yesterday's "Live" contest. We fished the Burns River twice and Peter got the most catches and most inches of fish both times!

I will see you all on the water at the next contest. I'm sure Peter will work up a nice competition for us all.

Tight Lines.

Dave

Congratulations, Taupo!
Sorry to hear about the loss of your cat. I recently had to part with one of mine and would be lost without the one I have. Hang in there!

Cutch,

Go to the Clubhouse Library and click on the "Contests" book in the second shelf of the Bookcase to the right of the tying bench.

OK Some of us have to make the top 1/2 possible. I worked to make the top 90% possible
