VRS - Green mini-map and buying the public dock bugs

I am getting the bugs noted in the subject. Anyone know of any fixes?

Is running the game in F:\Program Files\Pishtech\VR Sportfishing a problem?

Should I absolutely run it in the default location?

I think the green minimap is just something you have to deal with, but I think it only happens when you change resolution or fullscreen/windowed.The public dock glitch happened to me only once, then I have not seen it since.

Also, I am pretty sure where you have it saved does not make a difference.
