Space bar will not bring up menu

I'm in and outing and I have made a couple of casts. I hit the space bar and nothing. The game is frozen. No menu at bottom of the screen. I have to close the game and restart but the same thing happens again. I have tried a couple of different outing but the same thing happens...space bar will not bring up menu. HELP.

That is weird... it has never happened to me. Try PM'ing paul or email him.
