Progress has been slow (quite a lot going on lately), but it's in the works. So far I've got brown trout made, plus a number of bug fixes and smaller changes. Anybody got a good full profile of a colorful brook trout, a picture you took yourself? There aren't a lot of brookies around here so I might have to visit an aquarium to get a good picture. Or just do a lot more fishing on one of the streams that have some. =) I've also got a feature working that will allow rivers to be setup so the water clarity and temperature changes as you travel from one end to the other. For the next update I want to create a meadow stream that's small, cold and crystal clear at the headwaters, gradually getting bigger, warmer and murkier the further down you go, like most streams in real life. I'll stock it with brook and brown trout. The Fishlogix code under the hood should make the brookies favor the upper end and the browns favor the lower end.

Thanks for the update.

I was actually checking out a big brookie at the aquarium in the Cabella's store. I hadn't seen your post yet or I would have taken some pictures. They've got all kinds of fish there, lots of trophy-sized ones, too, swimming around. I'll probably be in the area again next Friday. I'll see what I can do...

Paul,

I'm e-mailing you a bunch of pictures and videos I took using my phone at the Cabella's store near my home. There are some brookies in there but, unfortunately, the pictures aren't great quality and my phone doesn't have a flash. Use them if you'd like. Otherwise, it was the thought that counts, I suppose.
