update help

I need help with the update. I bought the game on a disk because where i live I only have dial up. I was able to download the update but I am not able to play it. I really am not that good at this computer stuff so If you have a answer please keep the words simple.Thank you for any help.

Josh,

Unzip the update and open the unzipped updatefolder.
Copy all files and folders that are in it to the main gamefolder.

This should be all.
