Postby Scottish Warrior » Thu Jun 28, 2012 9:19 am

Hi All,
Part 1 of a Duo.
The River is a Tributary of the Thames River.
The name Darent comes from the Celtic word "Derva" meaning "Oak"
or Where The Oak Trees Grow.
It is almost 25 miles long and Rises from Several Springs around the Village of Westerham in Kent,
flows East then Northwards to the Thames Estuary.
You are fishing for Jumping Brown Trout x 2,Plus Wild Carp,Tench,Chub,
Brown Trout,Ferox Trout,Dace,Common Roach and Carp Bream.
Have Fun.
Martin.
