WHERE ARE THEY?

In trying to enter the contest, I discovered that an awful lot is missing from my game! I went into the folder but there is no scorelog, there are no golden trout, the sink tip option isn't there, the cheat mode isn't there etc.
Can you tell me where they are?
I have the 3rd edition.
