Cannot create new custom flybox

Hi Richard:

Tonight I tried to create a new custom flybox but for some strange reason I did not succeed this time. I was able to create the custom flybox before.

This is what I did:

I made a copy of the supplied custom flybox template. Edited the name of the box, and input the criteria I wanted for the food type, fly type, etc. Save the .txt file, then I renamed the file to: "fly_box_21_Stanley's Sculpin.fbx"
Previously when I did this the program would change the .txt. file to a .fbx file. This time nothing happened and the new file remained a .txt file. Of course this will not be recognized by the RWFF program and would not show up as a new custom flybox in the main fishing program.

Any idea what steps I missed or what went wrong with this creation?

Thanks for your help and I await your reply. :P

Regards,

Stanley

Stanley,

The only thing that needs to be done is change the .txt to .fbx
that is the only thing what keeps it from showing up.

If you are running Vista it is a bit harder to change the extensions.

Hi Richard:

I changed the .txt to .fbx and it stayed as a text file. Did not change the icon as before. In other words nothing happens when I changed the file name. Maybe Paul will see this will come to the rescue.

Please send me your email address and Paul's as I lost my address book in the reformat. Thank you! :) :)
