New trophyfish

Postby richwest » Tue Feb 03, 2009 5:04 pm

Hello there,

I saw Barns stiil has problems with the fishrecords and decided to try some pikefishing at Geraldro's Irish Water outing.

Look what I ended up with!!!

Caught on expert level.

I have checked my outing records and they are also coming up with no information. I then checked my fish log, it seems to be working ok.

Hi Richard:

That is a really nice fish! Used to catch these with a white chamois fly in the lakes around Northern Idaho. It is wonderful to see what you can do in your "spare time". LOL :D :D :D By the way, how did you attach the picture file onto a post? I think I asked about that before and I was told to insert a link instead. Good going!

Regards,

Stanley

To add a picture to your post, you make a screenshot with CTRL-PRT SCR

Start your photo editor and paste it in there.
Resize the picture to a reasonable size like 800x600px.
Save it as jpg-file.
Upload it to a fileserving service.
Copy the link.

Create your post on the forum

press Img-button, place your picturelink between the brackets

So don't use the URL-button

Hi Richard:

Ha! That is how you do it. Thanks for the great info. :D Still struggling with my fish record files. The second patch Paul put up didn't help. Still having program crash when I hit the Fish Record button. Maybe I will go back to the V.120 for the time being. Will lose some nice fish and new flies in the proccess.

Stanley

Hi Richard:

I must be a little dense. I can't seem to get the image upload to work. There are TWO sets of brackets in the "Img" function. . Do I insert the link like: ? Please clarify. Will I be able to see the uploaded picture in the Preview? Or just the name of the link? Your help is greatly appreciated. :) :) :)

Time for some sleep. It is 4:30 AM over here in HK. Busy day tomorrow!

Regards,

Stanley
