I was just sittin around thinking about fly fishing entomology and how it's often difficult to identify insects when I had an idea. Wouldn't it be great if in the game all the insects caught in the net were labelled? They could have both latin and english names or just simply the english names. I just thought it would be a great way to get people more educated in identifying specific insects etc. It's a good learning experience not to mention it would help quite a bit when out on the actual water. I'm actually in the middle of doing this myself. I've been importing all the fly pictures from the RWFF folder into a graphics program and adding their english names under the illustration. I'm not sure how long this will take as there are some insects in there I don't recognize, so some research will have to take place (Or I'll ask someone on here) but when I'm finished, if anyone is interested I'll see about uploading them.
Just thought it might add a nice touch to the game :)

Striker, I'm sure everybody would agree an upload to the clubhouse would be great. The more people get involved with doing projects around the clubhouse the more enjoyable it will be for all. Thanks for thinking of all your friends here at RWFF. :D
As long as we don't put to much on Pitti and dcarp with all the uploads :) they do a fantastic job! don't they? :D

I think it's a wonderful idea. A book on entomology in the Clubhouse Library would be very nice. When you get your images labeled, send them on over to me and we'll get something put together for the Library.
