I bought the full progam about a month ago or so. Do I need the upgrades / patches listed on the website? Didnt want to download a lot of stuff if it is already upgraded when I purchased Third Edition.
Since you've bought the Third Edition you've got the latest and greatest. There are no upgrades or add-ons that you don't already have. There will be more locations available to download this year, however.
